  • 我们的配送服务是周一至周五,公共假期除外,除非另有说明。
  • 在周六、周日与及公共假期下单将会在下一个工作日处理。
  • 当您的包裹已寄出,您将会收到电子邮件的通知。
  • 若您的包裹未寄出, 请拨打 +6016-446 8468 与我们联系。
  • 我们的配送服务范围是全马来西亚(西马与东马)。
  • 我们保留绝对的权利使用其他配送方式,不另行通知。
  • 若更改地址,则必须在网站的“我的帐户”部分更新地址详细信息,以确保包裹配送至最新的地址。请确保在预定的交付日期前一天凌晨 12 点之前完成此更改。对于无法按照本款规定提前通知的错误地点,怒不退款。
  • 客户有责任确保收货时收件人在该地址。当包裹已按照客户指定的地址正确配送,则不会退款。若应收件人或您的要求重新安排交货时间或重新安排交货,则将根据收件人的位置收取重新送货费。

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Our delivery services are from Monday to Friday except for public holidays, unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • When your parcel is sent out, you will get the notification via email.
  • In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us at +6016-446 8468.
  • Our delivery coverage is whole Malaysia (West Malaysia East Malaysia).
  • We reserve the right to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
  • If you change address, you must update your address details on the “My Account” section of the website to ensure that parcels are sent out to the latest address. Please ensure this is done by 12 am one day before the intended delivery day. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.
  • Customer is responsible to ensure that recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery. No refund will be issued if the products have been duly delivered to the address as prescribed by the customer. In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply depending on your recipient’s location.
